The hatred and anger from some black tumblr users makes me ashamed of being black and on tumblr.

I hate us-versus them mentalities. That’s how all of this racism crap started in the first place. Please stop perpetuating it.

tl;dr: 
1) It’s okay to vent and be angry

It’s not okay to be malicious, put down, harass and insult (AKA ATTACKING) other people on tumblr who are not in your social circle, and you do not know (netiquette)

discourse, and dissent is perfectly okay. It’s fine to disagree and tell someone that (at least try to be polite)

2) Us versus Them mentalities is a psychological and anthropological phoenomenon that tends to be part of a bigger problem of treating people maliciously, I.E. discarding their thoughts and feelings and the sovereignty of their person for your own interests. It has nothing to do with the advent of slavery in the Americas, because it far predates it. In fact, it’s at the root of many conflicts

that’s all this is really about. Don’t be a dick. And if that’s too hard for you, then just admit you want to be a dick.
